Who is eligible for tax benefit if i have taken a children policy for my daughter/grand daughter.

For every childrens policy, there will be a proposer of that policy. If you are proposer of that policy at the time of starting that policy then you are eligible for Tax Benefit under section 80C. A proposer may be any one of blood relatives.
